PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
1. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties with respect to the Rights from Defective Performance will be governed by the applicable binding legislation (in particular by the provisions of sections 1914 to 1925, sections 2099 to 2117 and sections 2161 to 2174 of the Civil Code and by the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll., as amended).
2. The warranty claim form may be only used for the defective products. It is not applicable to the products for return or exchange (things with no deffect). It is used for fast and easy submission of your warranty.
LIABILITY FOR QUALITY UPON ACCEPTANCE
1. The Seller is liable to the Buyer for ensuring that the thing does not have any defect upon the acceptance thereof. If a defect is manifested in 12 months from the acceptance, the thing is deemed to have been defective already upon the acceptance thereof. The provisions of Article RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE, LIABILITY FOR QUALITY UPON ACCEPTANCE paragraph 4 will not apply,
- In respect of a thing being sold at a lower price, to the defect for which the lower price has been agreed,
- To wear of the thing caused as a result of its usual use,
- In respect of a used thing, to a defect corresponding to the extent of use or wear that the thing had upon acceptance thereof by the Buyer, or
- If it arises from the nature of the thing.
2. The Buyer is entitled to exercise the right from a defect that occurs in respect of consumer goods in twenty-four months from the acceptance.
3. In the event of a consumer dispute between the Seller and the consumer from the Purchase Contract or the Contract for the Provision of Services that fails to be settled by a mutual agreement, the consumer may file a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such dispute designated to the entity of out-of-court settlements of consumer disputes, which is

WARRANTY PERIOD - THE QUALITY GUARANTEE
The specified warranty period for BMX products is 12 months.
WARRANTY CLAIM
1. By completing and sending of the waranty claim form.
2. The warranty claim form "hereinafter refered to as form" is deemed to be filed, if the accpetance is confirmed to the consumer via the given e-mail address (confirmation letter) written in the form and it contains all of the required documents in comprehensible quality. The e-mail address stated byt the consumer is considered to be correct and it will be used for the communication during the whole warranty procedure.
3. The warranty is considered to be launched with the submitting of all required documents. If the seller finds the documents unsatisfactory and it is either neccesary to add more data or to deliver the goods on the address of the seller's business premises, than the seller is obliged to inform the consumer via the email stated in the form within 5 days since receiving of this documents. Consumer is obliged to cooperate with the seller and provide all of the requested documents without unnecessary dealys.
4. Please send the requested goods to the address of seller's business premises at: TBB-BIKE, Vránova 170a, 621 00, Brno, Czech Republic.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
1. The warranty is launched with the submitting of all required documents. The consumer is informed about the beginning of the procedure via the given e-mail address.
2. Once the warranty procedure is launched, the period of 30 days begins, unless agreed otherwise. The seller will proceed by the conditions of the individual manufacturers and will inform the consumer about the results via the given e-mail address.
3. After the closure of the warranty, the consumer will receive the protocol with the final results and potential payments.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE MANUAL - it is used for fast and easy submission of your complaint.
1. Choose a product's manufacturer. In cases where the product is either not branded or not on the list, click on "not listed".
2. Attach the photo of the whole product, proving it's current state. Size of the photo must be under 1MB.
3. Attach at least 3 detailed photos of the defected area. Size of the each photo must be under 1MB.
4. Attach the copy of the receipt.
5. Fill in your name, surname, e-mail and phone.
6. To the warranty details window please state the way how would you like to be solving your complaint (repair, exchange, withdrawal from the purchase contract). Also please specify in details what is the claimed deffect.
7. Choose submit.
8. Sending of is confirmed via the e-mail stated in the form. In case of not receiving of this e-mail, either repeat the procedure or contact us directly on alex(add)tbb-bike.cz
